An Israeli air strike and gunfire have killed four Palestinians at the Nur Shams refugee camp in the occupied West Bank. The United States has circulated for the first time a draft UN resolution calling for an “immediate” ceasefire in the Israel-Hamas war. Houthis have reportedly guaranteed the safety of Russian and Chinese ships in the Red Sea, amid their attacks on Israel-linked shipping. Israel will send troops into Rafah even if means a “potential breach” with the US, Strategic Affairs Minister Ron Dermer has said.
