US President Joe Biden is making a last ditch appeal to Congress to provide funding for Ukraine. American military support for the government in Kyiv is set to run out soon if no agreement is reached. Republicans in Congress are tying the issue to new funding for a wall at the Mexican border. Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelenskyy was due to take part in a Congressional briefing on funding, but cancelled at the last minute.
