President Zelensky has said that Ukrainian forces have advanced on the Tavriia and Bakhmut fronts over the past week. Russia’s Elections Commission said that the pro-Kremlin United Russia party had won local elections in four newly annexed regions of Ukraine. Russia is stocking up its military bases on the Finnish border, according to satellite images posted by Finnish publication Yle.
