Hamas released footage on June 21 of what they said was militants targeting an Israeli army base, vehicles and soldiers in Gaza City.

In the footage, mostly shot from the militants’ point-of-view, rockets can be seen fired at what Hamas said was an Israeli army base. According to Hamas, an army helicopter evacuated casualties.

Reuters was not able to independently verify the location or the date when the video was filmed.

Hamas said via its official Telegram channel that footage shows the targeting of “enemy army base and soldiers and vehicles” in the Netzarim axis, east of Zeitoun neighbourhood in Gaza City, which killed two Israeli soldiers.
