Kyiv’s special services are hunting Russians abroad, an official with Ukraine’s HUR military intelligence told POLITICO. The claim comes after a video of Ukrainian special forces questioning Russian-speaking fighters captured in Sudan was published by the Kyiv Post. In November, the Kyiv Post obtained two videos that showed Ukrainian special forces operators hunting Russian mercenaries in Sudan. “We are present wherever it is possible to weaken” Russian interests, said HUR official Andriy Yusov.
