Over 500,000 Sudanese refugees have fled to Renk, South Sudan due to fighting, with women and children being the most vulnerable. Transit centres offer a range of services, but some people stay for months. The conflict has created the world’s largest displacement crisis, with millions of people displaced within Sudan and thousands fleeing to neighboring countries. The UN warns that the situation shows no signs of ending.
