Ukraine To Drop WTO Grain Case If Poland… | Drone Targets Russia Nuclear Plant | Kadyrov Meets Putin

Ukraine agreed to conditionally withdraw the complaint against Poland, Slovakia and Hungary to the World Trade Organization (WTO). The complaint had reportedly been withdrawn under the condition that they would not impose similar restrictions on Ukrainian grain exports in the future. Russian President Vladimir Putin met Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov on September 28. The meeting came three days after Kadyrov published a video of his teenage son beating up a prisoner accused of burning the Quran. It also followed speculation about Kadyrov’s health, which the Chechen leader rejected. However, footage of the meeting has prompted a rash of speculation around the already growing rumours that Kadyrov was seriously ill.
