Mr Sutton said that over the campaign there had been close to 50 buyers inspect the home, with seven groups repeatedly inspecting it.

The home has a large pool surrounded by gardens.

“We have received two offers on the property so far, but at the moment they are a bit below where the vendors want to be,” he said.

Locals buyers with children are the largest group keen for this property.

“We’ve got a few who sold their home and have been renting, but think now is the time to jump back into the market,” Mr Sutton said.

It had been set to go to auction, but Mr Sutton has opted to switch the house to a private treaty campaign to suit the current interest on the property.
