The award-winning Hollywood actor, Donald Sutherland, has died at the age of 88. The Canadian actor featured in nearly 200 films and television shows – during a career that stretched six decades. Sutherland starred in MASH and ‘Don’t Look Now’, and more recently in ‘The Hunger Games’.
