Mass Pardon For 175,000 Marijuana Convicts | Maryland Governor Wes Moore "Rights Historical Wrongs"

Governor Moore will deliver remarks and sign a historic executive order to issue more than 175,000 pardons for cannabis-related convictions. This is one of the largest state pardons to date and will forgive low-level marijuana possession charges for an estimated 100,000 people.
