Houthis Says "American-Israeli Network" Spied In Yemen Under Aid Cover After US Embassy Exit, Busted

Yemen’s Houthis claimed on June 10 that they busted an “American-Israeli spy cell” that was operating under the cover of humanitarian organisations, Houthis said. The announcement came after several aid workers including 11 United Nations staff were held by Houthis on June 6. The Iran-backed group claimed the network was linked to the CIA and had been carrying out espionage activities in Yemen for years. Houthis said the network initially carried out espionage through the United States embassy before it suspended operations in Sanaa in 2015. Watch the video to know more.
