Russia Claims Ukraine Role Evidence in Moscow Attack, US: "B****t", ISIS was solely responsible"

Russian investigators claim to have uncovered evidence that Moscow attackers were linked to “Ukrainian nationalists”. Russia’s Investigative Committee said for the first time that it had uncovered evidence of a Ukrainian link. The White House said the US had passed a written warning to Russia of an extremist attack on large gatherings in Moscow. Ukraine’s spy chief has claimed Russia was aware that a terrorist attack was being planned weeks before the massacre at the Crocus City Hall. “At least since February 15, 2024, the Russian Federation had been aware about the plot,” the head of the Ukrainian military intelligence said. Meanwhile, Russia’s Labor Ministry reportedly warned that attempts are being made to recruit citizens in Kyrgyzstan to carry out terrorist acts on Russian territory.
