The EU’s promised plans for an overarching sustainable food systems law may have failed to materialise in Brussels, but that has not stopped actors on the ground across the EU from taking action to make their own vision of a sustainable food future a reality.

EURACTIV visited a gathering of food systems actors, from farmers to elected officials and researchers, in Marburg, Germany, to learn more about action at local and national levels and what more needs to be done to shift towards an integrated policy which builds a sustainable farming future.
