Isabel Guzman, chair of the Risk Advisory Council for Global Situation Room, said that misuse of AI poses reputational risks to companies as AI poses accelerated hazards around fraud and misconduct for consumers. Guzman said that while customers enjoy online advances in the financial services sector, they still want to be able to pivot to a live human to help with banking.
