– Rocket Lab shares fell after it signaled a potential new delay with its Neutron rocket, raising the prospect that the vehicle won’t fly until 2027. The company stopped short of saying that the Neutron vehicle would fly this year, citing “risk and uncertainty remains in the complex development cycle”. Rocket Lab reported record quarterly revenue but a loss that was a penny worse than Wall Street forecasted, with shares falling about 2% in US postmarket trading.

– Hims & Hers (HIMS) shares are down 2.9% after the telehealth firm reduced the top end of its adjusted Ebitda forecast for the full year.

– Nvidia (NVDA) announced partnerships with Apollo, BlackRock, Blackstone, Brookfield, Goldman Sachs and KKR to establish independent compute financing platforms mobilizing over $500b of third-party capital for AI infrastructure buildout
