Saudi ‘Arms Hub’ Under Houthi Attack After Pakistan Sends Weapons For MBS’ Military | Firstpost

Yemen’s Iran-backed Houthi rebels have stepped up cross-border attacks on Saudi Arabia, claiming missile and drone strikes against key airports, military installations and energy infrastructure. The escalation has raised security concerns across the kingdom, particularly around Riyadh and other strategic locations.

Saudi Arabia’s coalition said it intercepted three ballistic missiles allegedly fired towards Riyadh and Khamis Mushait. The Houthis have also claimed attacks on King Khalid International Airport and Saudi oil facilities, while missile debris in Riyadh reportedly damaged a kindergarten and medical clinic complex. The attacks have disrupted air travel and intensified the conflict between the Houthis and Saudi-backed forces in Yemen.
