Top diplomats from Denmark, and its self-governing territory Greenland, are due to meet with the US Vice President and Secretary of State in Washington later today. They’ll discuss Donald Trump’s plans to take over Greenland. Ahead of that meeting, the island’s prime minister underlined that the territory would rather remain part of Denmark than become part of the United States.
