If a deal isn’t made, a re-opening may not happen until potential travel chaos associated with the Thanksgiving holiday. We also discussed how a lapse of Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits impacted grocers like Walmart, Kroger and Albertsons.
