What happens if the US decides to try and forcibly open the Strait of Hormuz? It could very well be a repeat of the attacks on Allied ships off Okinawa in 1945. Why? Because Iran possesses many weapons eerily similar to Japanese Kamikaze vehicles of WWII including modern Shahed Kamikaze drones, drone Kamikaze explosive boats and capable and numerous midget submarines armed with super-fast torpedoes. Historical comparison can be made between the naval battle off Okinawa in 1945 and the possible coming naval battle in the Arabian Sea in 2026.
