茶、酒、咖啡是世界三大嗜好飲品,年輕人感覺咖啡代表時尚,葡萄酒代表品味,茶則較為神秘、有距離感。為何茶在全世界的推廣,不如咖啡與葡萄酒呢?曾經,台灣茶在世界上佔有十分重要的位置,近年來卻漸漸被遺忘或取代。講茶學院開發茶葉系統化的學習課程,運用清晰明確的架構,讓消費者更容易進入茶的世界,補足了人們認識茶所欠缺的環節,也讓台灣慢慢回到原本世界茶產業中重要且獨特的位置。 講茶學院創辦人,茶產業第四代,擁有三十幾張茶、酒、咖啡相關證書,在複雜難懂的茶知識,以有架構系統的方式,設計茶葉品評課程,更有效率的學習,回到茶的本質,讓茶相關業者與消費者,具備操作或選擇的能力。 講茶學院的課程除了在台灣北中南開設外,也輸出至歐洲與日本,補足了消費者學習茶知識的不足,也讓茶葉能像與咖啡、酒等嗜好性飲品一樣,更具有完整的面向。 以自身的企業,研究知識經濟的操作,課程設計、教育輸出與輸入、大數據的應用等等,和食物教育對食安與消費者的影響。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. 童年消失了?把遊戲還孩子! Childhood Wanted! Retrieving Children’s Play | 張雅琳 Ariel Chang | TEDxDadun

遊戲,是孩子與生俱來的能力,構建了童年的記憶,刺激了身心健康,強化了韌性與情緒控制能力,然而我們似乎渾然不知遊戲對孩子的重要性。於是在追求效率及競爭力的目標下,孩子有上不完的才藝班、補習班,孩子失去了遊戲的時間;地小人稠的城市裡,處處高樓大廈處處車,壓縮了孩子的遊戲空間,孩子失去了遊戲,我們失去了孩子的健康。但,只要我們願意看見遊戲中的孩子,把遊戲還給孩子,我們將再度為孩子找回健康、贏回童年。 英國歐斯特大學傳播碩士,還我特色公園行動聯盟秘書長,曾於賽諾菲藥廠,嬌生隱形眼鏡以及卡夫食品,擔任品牌行銷職務。現育有三個迷人的孩子。 2015年末因台北市政府全面拆除孩子愛玩且唯一能滿足身心發展需求的磨石滑梯,而與一群關注兒童遊戲權的媽媽組成還我特色公園行動聯盟。過去三年多來,協助各地政府改建超過100個公園,自然、適能發展、在地文史的多元遊戲場主題取代過去千篇一律低矮塑膠遊具的樣貌,掀起全台親子衝特色公園風潮,也促使九個縣市的父母加入爭取遊戲權行動。2017年末發起街道遊戲募資,53天募集176萬,希望創造更多大人小孩相遇嬉戲的機會,在童年有限的時光裡,為台灣孩子留下被大人支持長大的溫暖,長出迎向未來的勇氣。 This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community.
