An open call for an operator – home or abroad – to deliver world-class acts and strengthen the local arts ecosystem at Singapore’s new 1,000-seater theatre in Tanglin. The appointed operator is expected to shape the theatre’s identity and programming, worthy of its billing as a leading performing arts destination when it opens in 2030. A base rent waiver of up to 20 years is part of the deal. Muhammad Bahajjaj with more.
