A new autonomous shuttle service has begun operating in Punggol, offering residents additional transport options and drawing hundreds of bookings on its first day. Operated by ComfortDelGro, the driverless service currently runs a three-stop route between One Punggol and Punggol Coast Mall, with a longer route set to launch in July. More than 1,500 people have used the service during testing, as interest in autonomous public transport continues to grow. Alexandra Anand reports.
