A survey in Singapore has revealed that more people support the death penalty for the most serious crimes, including drug trafficking. They number nearly 87 per cent, up almost 10 percentage points from 2023. Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam says the country will continue to maintain a zero-tolerance stance against drugs, even as some nations ease their laws. Sabrina Ng reports.
