President Nicolás Maduro has said he is open to talks about oil and migration with the US, and that he will issue a statement on the CIA strike on Venezuelan territory in “a few days”.
Maduro made the remarks during an interview with the Spanish journalist Ignacio Ramonet. The interview, which featured Maduro driving around Caracas with his wife Cilia Flores and the minister of culture and communication Freddy Ñáñez, was recorded on Wednesday and aired on state media on Thursday
