Trump said he would pardon a pair of reality television stars convicted of committing a multimillion-dollar fraud to fund their luxury lifestyle.

Todd and Julie Chrisley starred in Chrisley Knows Best, a series featuring their boisterous family and depicting them as self-made, God-fearing real estate tycoons.
Prosecutors said their wealth was instead built on fraud. The couple were accused of using tape and glue to falsify financial documents.
Todd, 56, and Julie, 52, were convicted of fraud and tax evasion in 2022 and sentenced to 12 years and seven years in federal prison respectively.
On Tuesday Trump held a call from the Oval Office with their daughter, Savannah Chrisley, and told her they had “been given a pretty harsh treatment based on what I’m hearing … Your parents are going to be free and clean and I hope that we can do it by tomorrow.”
