Prime Minister Wong says the return of labour chief Ng Chee Meng to Cabinet will strengthen it at a time when jobs and workforce transformation take priority. Mr Wong also announced other changes in appointments and commented on Associate Professor Faishal Ibrahim, who resigned over interactions with a female member of public. PM Wong said no exceptions could be made because the same high standards apply to all PAP MPs whose conduct falls short. Sabrina Ng reports.
