Japan’s Lower House passes Bill to address dwindling number of imperial family members

Japan took a step towards allowing its princesses to remain in the imperial family after marriage, under proposed changes to a law that its Lower House passed on Friday. But they will still not have the right to inherit the throne. CNA’s Senior Correspondent Michiyo Ishida has more.
