“Diplomacy is really in the hands of the Americans.”
Europe has said it will classify Iran’s IRGC as terrorists, but when it comes to diplomacy, they are not “at the negotiating table” in the same way as the US, says adjunct professor at Johns Hopkins University and think tank CEO Esfandyar Batmanghelidj.
