Following the recent stampede, the Delhi Railways has implemented crowd-control measures to ensure the safety of passengers. Special trains to Prayagraj will now depart from platform 16, with passengers directed to use the Ajmeri Gate side. Additional Railway Police Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police (GRP) personnel have been deployed, and five extra special trains are scheduled for February 17 to accommodate Maha Kumbh devotees. Passengers are urged to avoid rumours and use helpline number 139 for assistance.
