Chinese Development Assistance Council to add 5 tuition centres, raise bursary income ceilings

The Chinese Development Assistance Council will take in nearly 20,000 more students for its tuition programmes, by adding five new centres. It will also raise income ceilings by S$500 for its tuition and bursary schemes from next year, allowing around 800 more households to qualify for support. Chloe Teo reports.
