The Chinese Development Assistance Council will take in nearly 20,000 more students for its tuition programmes, by adding five new centres. It will also raise income ceilings by S$500 for its tuition and bursary schemes from next year, allowing around 800 more households to qualify for support. Chloe Teo reports.
