Car bomb kills high-ranking Russian general in Moscow region | DW News

Authorities in Moscow have said a senior Russian general,Yaroslav Moskalik, has been killed in a car bomb close to the capital.

Images posted on social media showed a car ablaze outside a bloc of flats in a residential area. Investigators said that an improvised explosive device was used to cause maximum harm and that a murder probe has been opened.
