Active ageing: More than 6,000 participants in Seniors National Games, a 30% jump from 2025

More seniors in Singapore are taking up competitive sports to stay active, connected and healthy. More than 6,000 of them participated in this year’s Seniors National Games, a 30 per cent jump from its first edition in 2025. Nadine Yeam with this report.
