The rescue helicopter is scrambled to find a missing surfer in treacherous seas off the coast. It’s Australia Day, a national celebration and a chance for boat lovers everywhere to hit the harbour, including a young man who accidently fills his father’s cruiser with over a hundred litres of fuel, not in the fuel tank but the fishing rod holder. This sparks a major emergency in the intense summer heat and the boat could explode at any moment. There are also runaway jet skis and a massive tug boat is in dry dock for repairs
