Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps warns that Tehran will change its weapons, military tactics and targets if the United States escalates the conflict. IRGC spokesperson Hossein Mohebbi says “the war is not over” and warns that Iran will “change the geography of the war” and introduce new weapons with new capabilities.
Mohebbi says Iran has prepared for a prolonged conflict and has identified targets that have not yet been attacked, without specifying them. The warning comes after more than six months of fighting following U.S. and Israeli strikes on Iran on February 28, with the Strait of Hormuz remaining a major point of tension and negotiations over ending the conflict unresolved.
