Clementi knife incident: Man stabbed himself repeatedly in public; disarmed by passer-by

A 34-year-old man was taken to hospital after repeatedly stabbing himself near Clementi Mall on 10 Aug. Witnesses said the man was carrying a knife and left a trail of blood before a member of the public approached him from behind and disarmed him. Police found the man conscious with injuries believed to be self-inflicted. Investigations are ongoing. Natalie Ong reports.
