An eyewitness video captured the terrifying moments when students took cover inside a classroom as gunfire rang out during a school shooting in Bang Kruai district, Nonthaburi province, Thailand, on August 7, 2026.
According to Thai police, the 14-year-old suspect allegedly killed five people at the school before taking his own life. Authorities also said the suspect had earlier fatally shot his grandparents. Police recovered the firearm, which they said belonged to the suspect’s grandfather, and reported that at least 26 rounds were fired.
The footage shows students sheltering inside a classroom while gunfire can be heard in the background. The location was verified by matching the classroom setting, student uniforms, desks, chairs, and other details with archived images.
