The U.S. Consulate in Toronto has been targeted by gunfire for the second time this year. Police say a suspect fled in a white Honda Accord after shots were fired early Monday morning, prompting a brief high-speed pursuit. No injuries were reported, and investigators say the motive remains unknown.
