World AI Conference begins in Shanghai on Friday after Chinese President Xi Jinping gave a keynote speech inaugurating the event. The President stated that ‘no country should have dominance over AI’ in his speech, while addressing the artificial intelligence industry and needs. 29 countries signed the agreement to establish the World AI Cooperation Organization which aims to ease global governance and international stability in artificial intelligence.
