India maintains that the Indus Waters Treaty will remain in abeyance until Pakistan credibly and irrevocably ends its support for cross-border terrorism. The statement comes amid Pakistan’s Climate Change Minister Musadik Malik’s latest claim that any attempt to stop Pakistan’s share of Indus waters would invite a strong response.
