Singapore will introduce stricter rules to ensure commercial refrigeration and vehicle air-conditioning systems are more environmentally friendly. The measures will kick in from Jul 1 next year. The National Environment Agency says it is part of efforts to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and achieve net-zero emissions by 2050. Natalie Ong with more.
