Dubai: Radio jockey Parikshit has shared an update after posting about a dog found in poor condition amid the ongoing war situation in the UAE. In a detailed timeline, he clarified that the dog had briefly been secured by community security and later taken to a vet, where infections were detected. Although microchipped, no ownership details were registered with Dubai Municipality.
Parikshit has temporarily taken responsibility for the dog and urged residents not to abandon pets, emphasising that “pets are not disposable” and should be responsibly rehomed if owners cannot care for them.
