At least 11 people were reported killed in the strikes, marking one of the most intense waves of attacks in recent weeks. The southern suburbs of Beirut, long considered a key bastion of Hezbollah, were heavily impacted.
The escalation raises fears of a wider regional conflict as tensions continue to mount between Israel and armed groups operating inside Lebanon. Authorities are assessing casualties and infrastructure damage while residents remain on high alert.
