According to reports, she is likely to take oath as Maharashtra’s Deputy Chief Minister on Saturday.
Senior minister Chhagan Bhujbal has indicated that the party is moving towards a leadership decision, while reports also claim that Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis has no objection to her induction.
The development comes amid a leadership transition following the demise of former Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar.
