Sayed Naser, an Afghan man who had worked with U.S. forces in Afghanistan, was detained by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers last week in San Diego.
According to video footage obtained by CBS News, two unidentified ICE agents handcuffed Naser and escorted him out of the federal courthouse in downtown San Diego following a mandatory immigration hearing on Wednesday, June 11. David Shuster breaks it down on Rebel HQ.
