Mohamed Sabry Soliman is due to make his first court appearance at 1.30pm local time (3.30pm ET, 8.30pm UK time) in a courtroom inside Boulder county jail.

Soliman was booked into jail on Sunday night on charges including first-degree murder, attempted murder and using explosives or an incendiary device while committing a felony. The eight victims injured in the attack survived, and prosecutors are expected to finalise the charges in the coming days.
The FBI has conducted a search of a property in Colorado Springs where a terror suspect is believed to have lived with his wife and children.
Agents swarmed an apartment building in the Cimarron Hills neighbourhood in a “court-authorised law enforcement activity” connected to the firebomb attack on a march in solidarity with Israelis held hostage by Hamas in Boulder on Sunday.
Neighbours said they were in shock after Mohamed Sabry Soliman was identified as the suspect who allegedly used a makeshift flamethrower and incendiary devices to injure eight participants in the march.
A woman told the KKTV news site that her daughter had played with Soliman’s children. “That’s the scary part… these are everyday people,” the woman said.
The charges have been made in state court, and the appearance will be livestreamed to the public.
