Turkey’s newly appointed cabinet will meet for the first time on Tuesday – to set the agenda on foreign and economic policy.
In his re-election campaign, President Recep Tayyip Erdogan pledged to facilitate the return of Syrian refugees to their homeland.
But rights activists say it is unlikely the government will change its position drastically on millions of refugees.
