Chile’s left-wing president, Gabriel Boric, has marked his first year in office with a second cabinet reshuffle.
The government shake-up comes after Congress rejected a tax package that would have helped him fund a progressive social programme.
It has been a difficult year for Boric, who was elected on a platform that promised sweeping social reforms, but has struggled to deliver.
