A group of school students behind a landmark climate change lawsuit have expressed their disappointment with a court’s decision to overturn a ruling they say helped protect young people.

The Federal Court of Australia found the environment minister does NOT have a duty of care to protect children from climate change harm when assessing coal mine projects.
