As fighting rages across Ukraine, an attack on a housing block in Kyiv has killed at least four people, the emergency service says.
The centres of the conflict continue to be pounded by Russian artillery and air raids, and more residential buildings have been hit in Kharkiv and Chernihiv.
Ceasefire talks pick up where they left off on Monday, and an adviser to Ukraine’s President Zelenskyy has said he believes the war will be over by May at the very latest.
