An officer helped deliver a couple’s baby after pulling them over for speeding. Jean-Louis Wilfrid and Fabienne Gorges were on their way to hospital when Dep. Robert Pounds pulled them over for driving 63 mph in a 45-mph zone. After realizing the baby was about to come out Pounds called for backup and began putting his training to use. He helped deliver the baby and once emergency responders arrived they took the mother and baby to the hospital.
